Daniel Dwight Tosh, born in 1975 in Boppard, Rhineland-Palatinate, West Germany, is a popular American comedian and host of the show "Tosh.0" on Comedy Central. He grew up in Titusville, Florida, where his father was a preacher. Daniel has a brother and two sisters. He attended Astronaut High School and graduated in 1993, before enrolling at the University of Central Florida, where he earned a degree in marketing in 1996.

Early Career

After graduating, Daniel started working as a telemarketer at Central Florida Research Park but left in the middle of his probationary period. He then moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in stand-up comedy. Over time, he gained recognition through his live performances and television appearances. His breakthrough came in 2001 when he appeared on "Late Show with David Letterman."
