Early Career: Youth and River Plate
Conca began his youth career with Tigre before joining River Plate. However, he failed to establish himself in the senior team and was sent on several loan spells.
Loan Stints and Success with Fluminense
Conca played for Universidad Catolica in Chile, Rosario Central in Argentina, Vasco da Gama, and Fluminense in Brazil. With Fluminense, he achieved significant success, helping the club reach the final of the 2008 Copa Libertadores.
In 2010, Fluminense purchased Conca's rights from River Plate. That same year, he was named the best player in the Brazilian league, scoring nine goals and providing 18 assists. In December 2010, he extended his contract with Fluminense until 2015.
