Early Life and Education

Born in Odessa, Ukraine, Viktor Dovgy finished the M. Grekov Odessa Art College (1960) and the Kharkiv Art and Industrial Institute (1966). His artistic education laid the foundation for his future success.

Artistic Career

Stanchion Graphics

Viktor Dovgy dedicated his artistic endeavors to stanchion graphics, mastering techniques such as linocut, lithography, and etching.

Exlibris Master

Dovgy gained recognition as an accomplished exlibris artist, creating close to 1000 unique bookplates. He became a member of the Dutch Exlibris Club, the German Exlibris Association, and the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
