David Asher is an American rhythm and blues singer. He is widely known as the lead vocalist in Canada. Born on April 24, 1966, Asher received his education at Simon Fraser University, where he obtained a degree in Political Science.

Early Life and Career

Asher, also known as "Hollywood," released his debut album titled "Little Songs 2 Fuck 2" in March '98. He gained popularity as the frontman of the band Mainst, for which he wrote most of the songs. Asher's first album, "Forestfire," consisted of 10 tracks, with the first song being a departure from his previous work with the band.

Personal Life and Interests

Asher is married to his longtime girlfriend Sabrin since May '97. He is of half Taiwanese and half Canadian descent. Asher, known for his captivating way of speaking, has earned a reputation for his ability to charm women with his words.

Asher, being a Taurus, enjoys drinking tequila and scotch. He is the only member of Mainst who does not smoke as he fears it may affect his voice.
