Baga began his professional career at BATE Borisov in 2007, initially playing for the reserve team. In the 2008 season, he made his debut in the Belarusian Premier League and gradually became an integral part of the team by the 2010 season. Baga's performances helped BATE Borisov qualify for the UEFA Europa League in the 2010/11 season and the UEFA Champions League in the 2011/12 season.
