Dmitry Vladimir Zelenov was born on May 21, 1972, in Moscow. He attended the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1989, majoring in International Economics. In 1991, Dmitry transferred to the New York State Institute, where he studied Business, Management, and Finance.
Career
Dmitry Zelenov began his career in 1991 as a securities broker at the Investment Bank "Smith Barney Shearson." In 1994, he became a member of the Board of Directors of the investment company "Interfinance." Since 1995, Dmitry has been the Director of the holding company "DON-Stroy."
Dmitry Zelenov played a crucial role in the establishment of "DON-Stroy." Through his professionalism, energy, and ability to forecast the right direction for business development, "DON-Stroy" has become one of the largest real estate development companies in Moscow and Russia. Under Dmitry's leadership, the company has experienced dynamic growth.
Accomplishments
To date, "DON-Stroy" has constructed over 25 residential buildings and complexes, with a total area of approximately one million square meters. The company holds an 18-20% share of the Moscow real estate market. Additionally, "DON-Stroy" is actively involved in commercial and office real estate.
