Education and Early Career
Nataliuk graduated from the law faculty of the Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where he earned degrees in international law and French language translation. He then completed a Master's program in international politics at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, where he also served as the president of the Ukrainian Society of Cambridge.
Nataliuk began his professional career as a lawyer and translator at various legal firms, including Baker McKenzie's Kyiv office and Illiashev and Partners. He also specialized in crisis communication, political campaigns, and public relations through his partnership with Lead/Augury.
Activism and Political Engagement
Nataliuk played an active role in the Revolution of Dignity in Ukraine. He also advocated for the rights of internally displaced persons (IDPs) in collaboration with the UNHCR office in Ukraine. From 2015 to 2017, he served as the Chairman of the Kominternivska District State Administration in the Odessa region.
Parliamentary Career
In the 2019 parliamentary elections, Nataliuk ran as a candidate for the Servant of the People party, securing the 14th spot on the party list. He was elected and became the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development. Nataliuk is also the co-chairman of the inter-parliamentary relations group with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Personal Life
Nataliuk is married to Alona Shkrum, a member of the Batkivshchyna party in the Ukrainian parliament.
