Duane Chapman, also known as "Dog" is a professional bounty hunter and one of the most famous headhunters in the field. He is frequently seen on television as the star of the program Dog the Bounty Hunter, which airs on A&E Network (USA), Virgin 1, Bravo, and FOX8/Nine Network (Australia).

Early Life and Criminal Conviction
Duane Chapman was born on February 2nd, 1953 in Denver, Colorado. His childhood and youth were filled with experiences. When he was 24 years old, he was convicted of armed robbery. Despite denying his involvement in the crime, Chapman was sentenced to five years in prison. He spent 18 months behind bars and was released on probation.

Building a Family Business
After his release, Chapman started his own business in Colorado before moving to Hawaii and then returning to Colorado. He built a family enterprise, with his sons, daughter, and other relatives, as well as a few friends and longtime partners, becoming members of the team.
A Controversial Reputation
