Early Life and CareerElena Glebova is a Ukrainian Paralympic sprinter who has achieved remarkable success in her career. As a Master of Sports of International Class in Athletics, she has won numerous titles and broken records.
Paralympic Success
Elena has participated in several Paralympic Games, including the 2012 London Paralympics and the 2016 Rio Paralympics. She finished in the finals of both the 100m and 400m races at these events.
European and World Championships
In 2012, Elena became the European Champion in the 100m sprint, setting the European Record (ER) with a time of 12.40. At the 2013 World Championships in Lyon, she further solidified her dominance by winning gold medals in both the 100m and 400m events. Her 100m time of 12.32 set a new Championship Record (CR), while her 400m time of 56.76 was a personal best (PB).
Ukrainian Recognition
Elena's achievements have brought her recognition and accolades in her home country. In 2012, she was awarded the "For Development of the Region" badge for her contributions to the Paralympic movement and her exceptional athletic performances.
Continued Success
