Eleonora Duda was born on February 17, 1927, in Riga, Latvia, to Anton Duda, a homeowner. Her brother, Anton Duda Jr., also pursued a career in the arts as an actor and television journalist.

After graduating from the 3rd Riga Secondary School in 1948, Duda enrolled in the theater department of the Jāzeps Vītols Latvian State Conservatory, graduating in 1952.

Theatrical Career

Upon completing her studies, Duda joined the A. Upītis Drama Theater, where she remained as a leading actress until her passing. She performed in numerous productions, leaving an unforgettable mark on Latvian theater.

Personal Life and Legacy

Duda married the renowned Latvian animator and theater director Arnolds Burovs. She passed away on November 15, 2007, leaving behind a rich legacy as a distinguished actress and a beloved figure in the Latvian arts community.
