Early Life and Career (1980-1991)

From 1980 to 1991, the individual worked as an engineer and junior research associate at the Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR.

Political Involvement and Youth Leadership (1987-1991)

In 1987-1994, the individual served as a deputy in two convocations of the Lenin District Council of People's Deputies in Bishkek. From 1989-1990, they led the Komsomol-Youth organization of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. In 1989, they became the chairman of the First (constituent) Kurultai of the "Ashar" Voluntary Society.

Transition into Government Roles (1991-1996)

In 1991, the individual held the position of chief specialist in the State Youth Affairs Committee and assistant to the 2nd Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan. From 1991 to 1992, they served as head of a department in the State Contract Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic. In 1992, they initiated the establishment of the "Reform-XXI" Innovation Fund and led it from 1992 to 1995. From 1993 to 1994, they managed the Department of Socio-Political Analysis and Forecasting in the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. From 1994 to 1996, they served as an advisor to the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan.

Religious Affairs and Regional Leadership (1996-2002)

From 1996 to 1999, the individual was the chairman of the State Commission of the Government of Kyrgyzstan on Religious Affairs. In 1999, they became the first deputy governor of the Issyk-Kul region.

Government Administration and Political Party Leadership (2001-2010)

From January 19, 2001, to 2002, the individual was the first deputy governor of the Issyk-Kul region. Simultaneously, from May 25, 2002, they were a member of the Public Supervisory Council of the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic and deputy chairman of the Council of the Assembly of the People of Kyrgyzstan. From December 25, 2002, to August 9, 2004, they were the head of the state administration and mayor of the Jeti-Oguz district of the Issyk-Kul region in Kyrgyzstan. In 2005, they were one of the organizers of the "Cholpon-Ata Yntymagy" Public Association. In July 2005, they were elected Chairman of the National Democratic Party "Uluu Birimdik."

Post-2010 Activities

From December 24, 2008, the individual became a member of the political bureau of the "United People's Movement" of the Kyrgyz Republic. On April 7, 2010, they were appointed Head of the Apparatus of the Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
