Enzo Lefor was born in Cayenne, a city located in the overseas region of French Guiana. He began his fencing journey at the young age of 5 and later moved to mainland France to further pursue his career.

At the pre-Olympic European Championship in 2012, Enzo won his first major medal, earning a silver in the team event. This achievement solidified his place in the French national team, and he went on to compete at the London Olympic Games. Unfortunately, he was eliminated in the first round of the individual competition, losing to his fellow countryman Erwann Le Pechoux with a score of 9-15. In the team event, Enzo and the French team were defeated in the quarterfinals, ultimately finishing in eighth place.
