He comes from a large family, being one of three brothers and having three sisters as well. Millegan excelled academically and graduated from school at a young age by taking exams early. From a young age, Millegan had a passion for theater and performances. He attended theater school and eventually chose to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the University of Michigan.
