Eric Shante, born on October 1, 1983, in Lillburn, Georgia, is a talented American swimmer and a promising athlete. He is currently a member of the United States national team, representing his country in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
Early Life and Education
Eric Shante was born to parents Richard and Janet in Lillburn, Georgia. His father works in retail sales, while his mother is an English language professor at a college. Eric has an older brother who is also an excellent swimmer and competed for a university team in 2002. Eric attended Parkview High School and graduated in 2002. He later pursued his education at Auburn College, where he earned a degree in a business-related field.
Athletic Career
Eric Shante is currently a member of the Swim Atlanta club, under the guidance of his coach Chris Davis. He considers Davis as one of the most influential people who have had a significant impact on his athletic and personal development. With Davis's coaching, Eric is seen as an excellent candidate for Olympic gold.
Recently, Eric Shante performed exceptionally well in the pre-Olympic trials, demonstrating his professional swimming skills. His performance was highly praised by the Olympic Committee, leading to his inclusion in the American national team.
