Early Acting Career
At the age of five, Sullivan ventured into the world of acting when he auditioned for Michael Bay's blockbuster film "Armageddon." Although his name did not appear in the credits, it marked his first appearance on the big screen. In 1999, he received his first on-screen credit for his role as Fuzzy, one of the orphans at St. Cloud's, in the critically acclaimed film "The Cider House Rules" based on John Irving's novels. Among the young Massachusetts actors who auditioned for the role, Sullivan stood out with his touching and powerful performance.

Sullivan's breakthrough came when he landed the role of Dewey, the mischievous youngest brother in the television series "Malcolm in the Middle."
