Birth and Early Life
Medet Sadyrkulov, a renowned Kyrgyz filmmaker, screenwriter, and actor, was born on March 29, 1992, in Naryn, Kyrgyzstan. He is the founder of the production company "50 Kvartal Studio" and the captain of the improv team "Ak-Orgo City Tamashow."
Education
Medet pursued his higher education at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzaqov from 2010 to 2014, specializing in Telematics. He later earned a Master's degree in the same field from the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications.
Career in Comedy
Medet's journey in entertainment began in 2011 with the humor festival "Renovation / Janylanuu." In 2013, he led the "Tamashow Team" to victory in the Central Asian League of the Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful (KVN). The team also became champions of the "Tamashow League" in the same year. Medet later participated in Volodymyr Zelenskyy's comedy project in 2017.
Filmmaking Career
Medet's passion for filmmaking emerged in 2014 when he wrote the screenplay for "Penthouse." He has since directed and written numerous films, including:
