Early Life and Education

Yevgeny Vladimirovich Pluzhnik was born on March 6, 1975, in the Kazakh SSR. In 1997, he graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in "Automated Control Systems." In 2001, he obtained a degree in "Finance and Credit" from the Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management. In 2013, he earned a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) with a thesis on "Export of Russian Education."

Business Ventures

In 2014, Pluzhnik invested 18 million rubles in Promobot, a Perm-based company, as part of his role as an expert at the GenerationS technology startup accelerator. He also participated in the Skolkovo mentoring program and invested in three projects in 2015: AnyWalker, NVR, and BiTronics Lab. In 2017, he founded the company Med Robotics.

Involvement in Neural Network Development

Pluzhnik leads the "NeuroEducation" market subgroup of the Russian National Technology Initiative "NeuroNet" and is a trustee of the Association of Youth Society of Neurotechnologists. In August 2015, he organized the School of Young Neurotechnologists.
