Evgenia Miroshnichenko was born on June 12, 1931, in the village of Sovetskoe, Ukraine. From a young age, she loved to sing and dreamed of becoming a professional singer. However, her youth was marked by the hardships and difficulties of the Great Civil War that swept through the country.

In late 1943, Evgenia Miroshnichenko found herself among the children liberated from the occupied city of Kharkov. Fate led her to receive education at a local vocational school, where her talent as a singer was discovered.
