Early Life and Football Career

Farid Atakişiyev, an Azerbaijani futsal player, was born on November 16, 1990, in Baku, Azerbaijan. His passion for futsal began in 2004, ignited by coach Shahin Mammadov. After training under the guidance of Rovshan Babayev and Baba Asgarov, he embarked on his professional football career in 2004 with MFK Refarma Baku. Subsequently, he joined MFK Star GSM Baku (formerly known as "Olimpik") and MFK Sumgayit before finding his home at MFK Ekol Baku in 2008, where he continues to play as a defender.

International Career

Since 2008, Atakişiyev has been a pivotal member of Azerbaijan's U-21 futsal team, leading them as captain. His outstanding performance on the international stage has earned him recognition and accolades.
