Born on January 11, 1960, in the city of Kuibyshev, the architect graduated from the Architectural Faculty of KuISI in 1982. In 1988, he became a member of the Union of Architects of Russia.

347 Military Project

From 1982 to 2002, the architect worked at 347 Military Project, where he made significant contributions to the reconstruction of the railway station and surrounding areas in Kuibyshev, which earned him a First Degree Diploma from the Union of Architects of the USSR at the All-Union Competition for Diploma Projects in Voronezh in 1983.

Prestigious Projects

The architect also participated in a commissioned competition for the city of Leninsk (Baikonur), where he collaborated with V. Vasilyev and S. Zateikin and received a special award from the Soviet Ministry of Defense in 1988. Additionally, he worked on a competition project for a communication center in the city of Bezenchuk, earning a certificate from the chief architect of the region.

Moscow and Beyond

The architect's work extended beyond regional projects, as he contributed to the design of a leisure center in the city of Shchelkovo in the Moscow region, which won an honorable mention in a commissioned competition for the Ministry of Defense in 1993. He also participated in the competition to reconstruct the Preobrazhensky Monastery in Moscow, earning a certificate from the Moscow Architecture Committee (MOSSA) in 1989.

Residential and Commercial Developments

The architect's portfolio includes various projects and constructions, including a plan for military towns, Suvorov and military schools, and educational and flight centers. He also contributed to the design of a resort zone in the city of Gelendzhik in a commissioned competition. Notably, the architect was involved in the reconstruction of the swimming pool of the Central Sports Club of the Air Force (CSK VVS).

Architectural Legacy

The architect's residential designs include the "Kamenka" residential town for 999 families (1992-1994) and the "Chernorechye" residential town for 1910 families (1995-1996). He also played a role in the development of the "Five Stars" residential and commercial center, the "European Quarter" residential area, and the rehabilitation center for SKA athletes. Additionally, he collaborated on the design of a children's center in the village of AO "Zhigulyovskie Vorota," the interior and commercial equipment of the "ESSE" boutique.
