Tunisian Taekwondo Champion
Olympic Gold and World BronzeThe Tunisian taekwondo athlete claimed the gold medal in the men's 80 kg weight category at the 2024 Summer Olympics. He also secured one of the bronze medals in the men's lightweight category at the 2022 World Taekwondo Championships held in Guadalajara, Mexico.
African and Global Medals
The athlete represented Tunisia at the 2019 African Games in Rabat, Morocco, and won the gold medal in the men's 74 kg weight category. He also triumphed in the men's 74 kg category at the 2019 Military World Games held in Wuhan, China.
Olympic Qualification and Mediterranean Success
In 2020, he participated in the men's 80 kg weight category at the African Olympic Qualification Tournament in Rabat, Morocco, but narrowly missed qualifying for the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan, finishing in 3rd place. He later claimed one of the bronze medals in the men's 80 kg weight category at the 2022 Mediterranean Games held in Oran, Algeria.
