Biography of Gerhard Zeiler

Gerhard Zeiler, a leader and television specialist, is known for his influential role in the European television industry. In 1991, Zeiler moved to Munich and became the CEO of the German commercial channel Tele 5. He went on to serve as the CEO of RTL II in 1992 before returning to Vienna as the CEO of ORF in 1994. In November 1998, Zeiler took on the position of CEO of RTL Television in Cologne, where he was responsible for managing German channels such as RTL Television, Vox, RTL II, Super RTL, and N-TV.
