Biography of Greg Kovach
Greg Kovach, a Canadian professional bodybuilder, has reached the pinnacle of acceleration in today's life, particularly in the field of bodybuilding. Just imagine: Kovach weighed a staggering 183 kg. He was born in Toronto, in a farmer's family. Kovach's father, also known as the "Canadian Godzilla," was not lacking in strength and muscle mass. However, according to Kovach himself, he took after his grandfather, who was legendary for his superhuman strength.

Early Life and Athletic Beginnings
Growing up in Canada, where ice hockey is a popular sport, childhood for Kovach involved mandatory participation in hockey. However, he did not stay in this role for long. His incredible genetics, inherited from his parents, came into play. At the age of eighteen, Kovach began diligently working out at the gym and quickly achieved astonishing results.

A Monumental Figure
The typical assortment of weights used for bodybuilding was no longer sufficient for this giant. Specifically-designed super heavy dumbbells were made for him. His strength numbers are staggering: leg press - 900 kg, incline bench press - 305 kg. One day, during a photoshoot, a photographer asked him to "work" with 90 kg dumbbells. When Kovach effortlessly lifted this unreal weight, the photographer was astonished and mesmerized by the training session.

Professional Career and Challenges
Despite his impressive anthropometric measurements (biceps circumference of 63.5 cm), Greg Kovach's professional debut can be considered a failure. In the "Night of Champions" tournament in 1997, he only placed 16th, revealing that judges value aesthetics and proportions of an athlete more than gigantic muscle mass. Today, Kovach follows a strategy of working on muscle quality without sacrificing mass. It is possible that we may soon see the first bodybuilder weighing 200 kg.
