Biography of Grigory Novitsky

Grigory Grigoryevich Novitsky was born on November 22, 1965 in Frunze, Kyrgyzstan. He obtained a diploma in "Design and Technology of Radioelectronic Means" from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute in 1991. In 1997, he graduated from the Moscow Academy of National Economy with a degree in "Finance and Credit", and in 2003, he received an MBA degree from the International University.

Throughout his career, Grigory Novitsky has been involved in management activities in the telecommunications industry. From 1997 to 2005, he worked at Novitel, a subsidiary of MTS, where he held various positions including Commercial Director, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. In 2005, he was appointed as the CEO of the leading Russian internet provider, "MTU-Intel".

With its innovative product "StreamTV", distributed through city telephone networks using ADSL technology, the company has united over 100 international and Russian TV channels.
