Guy Harding: The Dedicated Banker and Bodybuilder
A Rigorous Fitness RegimeDriven by an unwavering determination to achieve his ideal physique, Guy Harding, a dedicated banker, embarks on a grueling fitness journey. He diligently attends the gym for two hours daily, meticulously training each muscle group. His relentless pursuit has earned him the exclusive privilege of having his own key to his local gym, allowing him to "pump iron" at any suitable moment.
Nutrition for Success
Harding's relentless training is complemented by an equally demanding nutritional regimen. He consumes an astounding 19 eggs and a pound of meat daily. His seven meals per day consist of a variety of carbohydrates, vegetables, and protein shakes. This dietary strategy provides him with a staggering 4,500-6,000 calories daily.
The Road to Bodybuilding
Harding's passion for fitness began at a tender age, excelling in sports such as football, tennis, badminton, and cricket. Boxing became a part of his routine at the age of 15. However, it was upon discovering bodybuilding in 2014 that his training reached new heights.
The Drive for Perfection
Harding's unwavering commitment sets him apart. Despite being subjected to curious gazes and judgments, he remains unyielding in his pursuit of perfection. He attributes his determination to his upbringing, where he learned the importance of perseverance and self-belief.
A Balanced Life
Despite his intense training and dietary regimen, Harding maintains a balanced life. He works regular hours as a banker at Lloyds and enjoys the support of his girlfriend, Cipora Davidson. His dedication serves as an inspiration, demonstrating that it is possible to achieve one's fitness goals while navigating the demands of a demanding career.
The Future of Fitness
Harding is sponsored by TNT Supplements and plans to attend FitCon, the UK's largest event dedicated to fitness and nutrition, in April 2017. He is also preparing for a series of competitions, keeping his schedule packed with minute-by-minute precision.
