Biography of Yaxeni Oriquen
Yaxeni Oriquen was born in 1966 in Cabimas, Zulia, Venezuela. She was the youngest of nine children in a poor family, and it is believed that her competitive spirit developed from a young age as she had to compete with her older siblings.

Early Career
Yaxeni's professional bodybuilding career began in 1993 when she won several local competitions, including the Venezuelan Nationals and the Central American Championships. After gaining the status of a professional bodybuilder, Yaxeni moved to the United States to further pursue her career.

Professional Success
In the late 1990s, Yaxeni's success in competitions was not particularly impressive. However, in 2000, she made a breakthrough by placing 4th in the Ms. Olympia competition and 6th in the Ms. International competition. In 2002, she achieved her first major victory by winning the Ms. International competition. Over the years, Yaxeni continued to win the Ms. International title multiple times, including in 2003, 2005, 2008, and 2012. Her most significant victory came in 2005 when she won the prestigious Ms. Olympia competition, surpassing the legendary Iris Kyle.

Yaxeni Oriquen stands at 170 cm tall and typically weighs around 84-86 kg. She is known for her strict discipline and rigorous training regimen, often starting her day with a 45-minute workout. Current Life and Future Aspirations
At the age of 46, Yaxeni Oriquen currently resides in Miami Beach, Florida with her husband and son. She works as a personal trainer and enjoys her profession, although her main priorities in life are her family and home. Yaxeni admits to having a weakness for sweets, which she considers her biggest indulgence. In her spare time, she dreams of traveling the world and starting her own business. She also hopes for a change in the female bodybuilding industry, where women can earn equal recognition and financial rewards as their male counterparts.
