Biography of Jeffrey Life
Jeffrey Life is a 74-year-old American physician and bodybuilder who has dedicated his later years to promoting a healthy lifestyle and preventing age-related diseases. As a doctor of medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, he is also a senior partner at Cenegenics Elite Health.

In 1997, at the age of 59, Jeffrey Life was a family therapist. He was overweight, had difficulty breathing, and his overall health was deteriorating rapidly. He couldn't even tie his shoelaces without getting out of breath. His beer belly had turned into a beer gut, his muscles and joints ached, and overall, Dr. Life (whose surname means "life" in English) felt very unhappy. One day, he decided that it was time to focus on providing medical care to his most important patient – himself.

Not knowing where to start, Dr. Life began reading fitness magazines and came across an article about the winners of the "Body-for-LIFE" contest organized by athlete and writer Bill Phillips. The first contest, which included a 12-week program of proper nutrition and physical exercise, took place in 1996. Jeffrey showed the article to his girlfriend Annie, who later became his wife, and she said, "This is exactly what you should do." Inspired by her words, Jeffrey changed his diet to a low-fat and low-glycemic one, started taking supplements, and fully immersed himself in the world of physical exercise under the guidance of a personal trainer.
By the end of 1998, at the age of 60, after learning to eat and exercise correctly, he became the winner of the "Body-for-LIFE" contest. Although fitness became a way of life for Jeffrey, by the age of 63, the most intense workouts no longer produced noticeable results. He began losing muscle mass and endurance while gaining fat. His libido decreased, and his energy levels diminished. These changes were, of course, due to his age and the associated physiological changes.
Jeffrey learned about the research being conducted at the Cenegenics Medical Institute and agreed to become their patient and, in a sense, a guinea pig. The results were astounding – Life felt changes in his body, mind, and spirit within a couple of weeks. He once again became healthy, joyful, and happy. At that moment, Jeffrey decided to change his life and professional direction. He left family therapy and focused on a topic that interested him much more – healthy aging. He wanted everyone to have hope for a happy and healthy life in their advanced years.
Now at the age of 74, Jeffrey claims to be in the best shape of his life. He trains at the gym five days a week, is about to receive a black belt in taekwondo, and practices Muay Thai or Thai boxing. His practice as a senior partner at Cenegenics Elite Health is thriving, and he has published two bestselling books, "The Life Plan" and "Mastering the Life Plan," along with several professional articles.
In late 2012, Men's Fitness Magazine included Dr. Life's name in their list of the "25 fittest men of the year," with the other 24 men being predominantly professional athletes in their early 20s to early 30s. His program works, and he has turned his dream into reality. Life keeps getting better, and there seems to be no limit to it. However, none of this would have happened if Jeffrey hadn't made the decision to change his lifestyle back in 1997. Therefore, he advises everyone to start taking care of themselves right now, as they read these lines. It is never too late for health and fitness.
