Oliver Barker was a British rower who competed at the 1908 Summer Olympics. He was born in London, England, in 1884.

At the 1908 Olympics held in London, Barker was a member of the second British coxless four crew. They defeated the Netherlands in the semi-finals but lost to another British crew in the final, winning the silver medal.
