Actress Heather Graham was born on January 29, 1970, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, to a teacher and an FBI agent. From a young age, she was drawn to theater and made her stage debut as Dorothy in a school production of "The Wizard of Oz." In high school, she was even awarded the title of "Most Talented." However, when she moved to Los Angeles after finishing school, she discovered that talent alone doesn't guarantee roles, so she had to work outside of the film industry.

Early Career

Heather Graham made her film debut in 1988 in the teen film "License to Drive." Her breakthrough came the following year with Gus Van Sant's critically acclaimed film "Drugstore Cowboy," where she played the role of Nadine, a drug addict.
