In November 2017, following the sale of her £14.6 million New York penthouse, Kerzner stored the contents of her home in a storage facility. However, due to an "administrative oversight," rent payments for the unit lapsed, leading to the facility's legal right to sell her possessions.
Lost Treasures
Among the items sold for a mere £1,200 were two Damien Hirst paintings, valued at approximately £400,000, and two photographs by David Bailey. A source close to Kerzner revealed her deep attachment to these artworks, especially the Hirst paintings.
