Genrikh Pavlovich Padva was born on February 20, 1931. He graduated from the Moscow Legal Institute and the Kalinin Pedagogical Institute.
Legal Career
Soviet UnionIn 1971, Padva became an attorney with the Moscow City Bar Association. In 1985, he became a member of its Presidium and Director of the Research Institute on Advocacy at the Moscow Bar Association. From 1989 to 1990, he served as Vice-President of the Union of Lawyers of the USSR.
