Early Career

Vasyl Bzhan, a Ukrainian footballer, played as a goalkeeper during his career. He began his journey with FC Zirka Kropyvnytskyi, later moving to FC Tavriya Simferopol.

Professional Playing Career

In June 2002, Bzhan was briefly evaluated by FC Saturn Ramenskoye but ultimately did not join. He went on to represent FC Arsenal Kyiv and FC Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih before joining FC Zorya Luhansk in 2007.

In March 2008, Bzhan transferred to FC Metalist Kharkiv, making his Ukrainian Premier League debut in October 2008 against FC Metalurh Zaporizhya.

International Career

Bzhan earned one cap for Ukraine's under-21 team during the 2002/03 season. He was also called up to the senior national team for the LG Cup in 2002.

Coaching Career

In 2013, Bzhan retired from playing due to an injury. He returned to FC Zirka Kropyvnytskyi in February 2014 as a goalkeeper coach for their academy.

From the 2016/17 season, Bzhan served as a coach for FC Zirka's youth team. Following the resignation of head coach Roman Monaryov, Bzhan left the club in solidarity.
