Early Life and Education
In 1970, Mikhail Myasnikovich graduated with honors from the Laskovichskaya Secondary School. From 1971 to 1975, he pursued a degree in Agricultural Engineering at the Belarusian Institute of Mechanization of Agriculture (BIMSKH).
Agricultural Career
After graduating from BIMSKH in 1975, Myasnikovich was assigned to the Nekrasov state farm in Gomel as a chief engineer. He subsequently worked as the chief engineer of the "Brinevo" state farm in Petrikov district from 1976 to 1983 and as the director of the "Golubitsky" state farm in the same district from 1983 to 1985.
Political Leadership
In 1985, Myasnikovich became the head of the agriculture department of the Petrikov district executive committee. In 1987, he was elected chairman of the Rechitsa district executive committee. He served in this role until 1991.
During his time in politics, Myasnikovich held numerous positions:
- Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Belarusian SSR (1994)- Member of the Supreme Council's Constitutional Commission and Planning and Budget Commission
- Member of the National Bank of Belarus Board
- Minister for Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs (1995-1997)- President and later Chairman of the Belarusian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry "Belneftekhim" (1997-2004)
Government Service
From May 2004 to December 2010, Myasnikovich served as Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus. He was awarded the highest class of civil servant.
Since 2012, Myasnikovich has been the Deputy State Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia and a member of its Permanent Committee.

- Member of the Currency and Credit Commission of the Council of Ministers of Belarus
- Member of committees for developing cooperation with Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Moldova
- Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the State Comprehensive Science and Technology Program "Rural Development"
- Chairman of the State Expert Council on the Use of Subsoil Resources under the Council of Ministers of Belarus
