Jacob Mulenga, a renowned Zambian national footballer, was born on February 12, 1984, in Kitwe-Nkana, Zambia. With a physique of 186 cm tall and weighing 80 kg, he has been an exceptional presence on the field.

Club Career

Mulenga embarked on his professional career with AfriSport, a first division club in the Zambian league. His exceptional performance in the 2003 season aided AfriSport's promotion to the top flight.

Chateauroux's status as a Coupe de France finalist in 2004 granted them entry into the UEFA Cup. However, they were eliminated in the first round by Brugge with a 1:6 aggregate score. Over three seasons at Chateauroux, Mulenga scored 18 goals in 78 appearances.

In 2007, after four matches in Ligue 2, Mulenga joined Ligue 1 side Strasbourg on loan on August 25, 2007. Strasbourg finished the season in 19th place and was relegated to Ligue 2. Mulenga returned to Chateauroux on June 30, 2008, following the end of his loan.
