Early Life and Education
James Iha was born in the United States and is a second-generation American. He attended school and university, excelling academically. However, after two years of university education, he left to pursue a career in music as a member of "Smashing Pumpkins."
Music Career
As a guitarist for "Smashing Pumpkins," Iha played a crucial role in the band's success. He also wrote several songs for the group, including "Blew Away," "Bugg Superstar," "Take Me Down," "Summer," and "Go." Some of these songs were co-written with Billy Corgan, his former bandmate.
