Biography of Chang Hwan
Chang Hwan is the current Prime Minister of South Korea. He was appointed by President Kim Dae-jung on August 9th and is currently performing the duties of the position until his candidacy is approved by the parliament.
Education and Career
Chang Hwan obtained a doctoral degree from New York University and has been the head of the newspaper "Mail Business" since 1988. The newspaper was founded by his father-in-law. He is widely recognized as an expert in the field of information technology and has a broad network of international acquaintances, including Microsoft Corporation's President, Bill Gates.
