Jay Cutler is an American bodybuilder and actor, and a four-time winner of the "Mr. Olympia" title (2006, 2007, 2009, 2010). He is also a three-time winner of the Arnold Classic and Night of Champions titles.
Early Life
In his childhood, Jay worked on his father's farm and in his brother's business, which likely influenced him as a bodybuilder. Cutler learned the value of hard work, which formed the foundation for his physique. During his school years, Jay traveled extensively and frequently changed schools. He was never lacking in attention and was quite popular. In school, Jay played football professionally. After graduating from high school in 1991, he enrolled in Quinsigamond Community College and earned an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. Since Jay did not participate in college sports competitions, he began training in bodybuilding on his own and soon achieved impressive results.
Bodybuilding Career
Jay Cutler is currently 37 years old and has an average height of 176 cm. His weight must adhere to the requirements of bodybuilding fashion, which is 125 kg during competitions. During the offseason, his weight is comparable to that of any other professional bodybuilder - during the mass gain phase, his weight can reach 145 kg. Jay has appeared in numerous videos about preparing for the "Mr. Olympia" competition, and he also has his own videos about his regular workouts. He has also written a book titled "Jay Cutler's No Nonsense Guide to Successful Bodybuilding."

Jay Cutler is currently a four-time reigning "Mr. Olympia" champion. Additionally, he is the only bodybuilder in IFBB history to reclaim the Mr. Olympia title after a defeat (in 2008 by Dexter Jackson).
