Ndedi began his senior career in Germany with Borussia Fulda in the fourth division. In 2004, he joined Ventas from Kuldiga in Latvia, helping them earn promotion to the top flight after scoring two goals in the playoff against Ditton.

After Ventas' bankruptcy, Ndedi moved to Ventspils, a top-tier Latvian club. He won two league titles and two cup titles with Ventspils, earning the accolades of the league's Best Defender and Best Player in 2006.

Attempted Transfer to Torpedo Moscow

In January 2008, Ndedi went on trial with Torpedo Moscow of Russia. Ventspils announced a three-year contract with Torpedo, but Torpedo ultimately declined the transfer after an unsuccessful trial match.
