Jenny Wade is an American film and television actress. She was born on October 6, 1980, in Eugene, Oregon. At the age of fourteen, Jenny made her screen debut in May 1994, appearing in an episode of the TV series "Step by Step" on ABC/CBS. Five years later, she returned to television to join the cast of the MTV series "Faculty".
In 2005, Jenny landed a role in the romantic comedy film "Monster-in-Law" directed by Robert Luketic, starring alongside Jennifer Lopez and Jane Fonda. That same year, she also appeared in the thriller "Red Eye" with Cillian Murphy and Brian Cox, the comedy-drama "Ice Harvest" with John Cusack, Billy Bob Thornton, and Connie Nielsen, the horror film "Feast" with Krista Allen, and the comedy "Rumor Has It" with Jennifer Aniston, Kevin Costner, and Shirley MacLaine.
In 2006, Jenny starred in the intense drama film "Love and Other Drugs", alongside actors Daryl Hannah, John Patrick Amedori, Lizzie Kaplan, and Jonathan Trent. In this indie film about teenage selfishness and drugs, directed by Elliott Lester and written by Steve Allison and Wesley Strick, Jenny portrayed the spoiled girl Erin Sutherland, a classmate of the main character Sarah, played by Lizzie Kaplan.
In 2009, Jenny Wade joined the cast of the adventure drama series "Reaper", where she played the role of Nina. The show, which aired on ABC, became highly discussed from the beginning of its premiere in 2007. Jenny's involvement in the series brought her widespread recognition, and her portrayal of Nina is considered her most successful role to date.
