After graduating from high school, Jessica attended the University of Vermont. She then started working for Golden Books Entertainment and renowned designer Tommy Hilfiger. It was during this time that fate brought her together with Eric Nederlander, a Broadway director. Their chance encounter blossomed into a romance, and they got married in June 1998. The newlyweds spent their honeymoon in enchanting Italy.

However, upon returning from Europe, Jessica crossed paths with Jerry Seinfeld at the "Reebok" sports club. Their meeting proved to be fateful for her marriage to Eric. In October 1998, she filed for divorce, and the marriage lasted only six months. A year after their first meeting, Jessica married Jerry Seinfeld for the second time. Notably, the famous comedian George Wallace served as the best man at their wedding.

The Seinfeld family now has three children. Their eldest daughter, Sascha, was born in 2000, followed by their son Julian Kal in 2003, and their youngest, Shepherd Kellen, in 2005.

In 2001, Jessica founded the charitable organization "Baby Buggy" in New York City. This organization provided clothing and other essential items to young mothers who had low incomes and couldn't afford everything their child needed. Thanks to this organization, over 2.5 million various childcare items were collected and distributed to families in need.

After years of hard work, Seinfeld published a cookbook called "Deceptively Delicious" in 2007. In it, she revealed the secrets of preparing healthy and nutritious meals for young children. Jessica was invited to Oprah Winfrey's show, where she discussed her publication in detail. The book became a bestseller in the United States.

However, soon after its release, Jessica faced plagiarism accusations from another author, Missy Chase Lapine. She claimed that most of the recipes in "Deceptively Delicious" had already been published in her book, "The Sneaky Chef." Missy filed a lawsuit, but the lengthy legal process concluded with a federal judge dismissing her claims, clearing Jessica of any wrongdoing.
