Early Career

Jorge Hernández, a Mexican footballer, began his professional career with Jaguares de Chiapas in 2008. He made his debut in the Mexican Primera División on August 10, 2008, in a match against San Luis. His first goal for Chiapas came on March 7, 2010, against Guadalajara.

Transfer to Pachuca

In the summer of 2012, Hernández transferred to C.F. Pachuca. He debuted for his new club on July 23 against Atlante. In 2016, he played a pivotal role in Pachuca's championship victory in the Clausura tournament.

International Debut

Hernández's international debut came on June 11, 2011, in a friendly match against Venezuela. In 2017, he helped Mexico win the bronze medal at the CONCACAF Gold Cup. During the tournament, he played in matches against El Salvador and Curaçao.
