Jozef Ninis is a renowned Slovakian luger who has represented his country since 1996. With a remarkable track record, he has participated in three Winter Olympic Games and achieved significant accolades in national competitions.

Early Life and Introduction to Luge
Born on June 28, 1981, in Čadca, Slovakia, Ninis embarked on his luge journey at the tender age of ten. In 1996, he earned a spot on the Slovakian national team, opening doors to international competitions.
Breakthroughs and Olympic Debut
The 2001/02 season marked Ninis' debut in the adult Luge World Cup. In 2004, he made his presence felt at the World Championships in Nagano, Japan, finishing 17th. As a leader of the national team, he represented Slovakia at the 2006 Turin Olympics, placing 22nd.
World Championship Performance and Career Highlights
Ninis achieved his highest World Championship ranking in 2008 at Oberhof, Germany, finishing 13th. Additionally, he secured his best Luge World Cup result in the same season, placing 22nd in the overall men's singles standings. He repeated this feat in the 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons.
Olympic Participation
In 2010, Ninis participated in the Vancouver Olympics, placing 24th. He concluded the 2010/11 season with an impressive fourth place in the overall Luge World Cup Nations Cup standings.
