Biography of Juhi Chawla
Juhi Chawla is an Indian actress and producer born on November 13, 1967, in Ludhiana, Punjab, India, to government officials Desraj and Sharmila Mone Chawla. She completed her education at J.J. Montessori School in Bombay, Jesus and Mary Convent School, St. Xavier's College, and Sydenham College. Since childhood, she had a secret dream of becoming an actress.
In 1984, Juhi won the title of "Miss India" and participated in the "Miss Universe" pageant, where she received an award for the best costume. She then worked as a model and appeared in several films, but it was only after her role in "Hum hain rahi pyar ke" that she gained recognition as a talented actress.
Together with Shahrukh Khan, Juhi co-founded a film production company. During the peak of her career, it became known that she had been married to businessman Jay Mehta for a long time.
On February 21, 2001, Juhi gave birth to a daughter named Jhanvi. Two years later, on July 21, 2003, she gave birth to a son named Arjun in London.
Juhi has a brother named Sanjiv (Bobby) Chawla and is related to actress Madhu through family ties. Madhu's husband is Anand Shah.
