Early Life and EducationBorn on February 2, 1987 in Hong Kong, Juju Chan and her twin sister, Jennifer, immigrated to San Francisco with their parents at the age of three. From a young age, Chan exhibited a passion for martial arts, taking up judo at the age of ten. She went on to master several other disciplines, including karate, kung fu, and Muay Thai, earning her the nickname "Bruce Lee in a skirt." Despite her athletic pursuits, Chan excelled academically, graduating summa cum laude from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Dance. She also holds a Master's degree from the prestigious New York University Tisch School of the Arts.

Television and FilmChan made her television debut in 2009 on the reality show "Rich Friend, Poor Friend." The following year, she launched her acting career with a leading role in the fantasy-drama "Lumina."
