Biography of Julia Salvatori
Julia Salvatori, a Franco-Italian actress and writer, was born on July 5, 1962 in Rome, Italy. She is the daughter of Annie Girardot, a French cinema star, and Renato Salvatori, an Italian actor. Julia made her film debut in 1968, playing a young girl in Sergio Corbucci's western "The Great Silence". She was married and had two children, a daughter named Lola Fogel and a son named Renato.
Life with her Mother
In her later years, Julia lived with her mother in the small village of Lisy-sur-Orge, located fifty kilometers from Paris, due to her mother's illness. In order to dispel any misconceptions about Girardot's condition, Julia wrote a book about her mother's struggle with Alzheimer's disease.
