Biography of Julie Ege

Julie Ege (Norwegian: Julie Ege, November 12, 1943 - April 29, 2008) was a Norwegian actress and model. She was born on November 12, 1943, in Sandnes, Norway. From a young age, she started working as a model and in 1962, she was a contender for the titles of "Miss Norway" and "Miss Universe". In 1967, Julie moved to the United Kingdom, where she studied English in a specialized school. Her debut in the film industry took place in 1967 in the Norwegian film "Stompa til Sjos!". Later, she appeared in small roles in films such as "On Her Majesty's Secret Service," where she played a Scandinavian girl, "Deadly Sinners of the Magnificent Seven," "Madness," and others. Julie was married twice and had two daughters. Her first husband was a Norwegian officer, and her second husband was an English dentist.

Later Life and Death

After ending her acting career, Julie lived in Oslo, where she worked as a nurse in one of the clinics. She passed away from breast cancer on April 29, 2008.
