Born on October 13, 1975, in Almaty, Kazakhstan, he pursued his education at the Kazakh State Medical University, graduating with a degree in Dentistry in 1997. Subsequently, he obtained a distinction in Law from the Kazakh National Law Academy in 2001.
Early Career and Legal Expertise
2001-2006: Legal Counsel at "Khabar" AgencyHe embarked on his legal career at "Khabar" Agency as a legal counsel in 2001. His exceptional contributions earned him promotions, culminating in the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Board (Board Member).
2006: International Executive Master of Business Administration
While holding the position of First Deputy Chairperson at "Khabar" Agency (2006-2012), he simultaneously pursued an International Executive Master of Business Administration (IE MBA) from HEC Paris.
RISE TO EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
2012-2014: General Director of "Kazmedia Ortalygy"After completing his MBA, he served as the General Director of "Kazmedia Ortalygy," a management company.
