Education and Medical Career
In 1999, the Armenian public figure completed his medical degree from the Yerevan State Medical University. In 2001, he graduated with honors from the university's clinical residency program in Forensic Medicine. From 2002 to 2003, he pursued advanced studies at Humboldt University in Germany.
Political Involvement
In 2003, the individual joined the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA). He served as the head of the student council at Yerevan State Medical University from 2004 to 2007.
Academic and Government Appointments
From 2003 to 2005, he held the position of assistant professor in the Department of Forensic Medicine at Yerevan State Medical University. In 2005, he became an associate professor in the same department.
Concurrently, from 2005 to 2007, he served as an assistant to the Prime Minister of Armenia. He also led the RPA's Youth Organization during this period.
Parliamentary Career
In 2007, the individual was elected as a Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia for the fourth convocation. He was appointed to the Standing Committee on Social Issues, Health Care, and Ecology.
