Biography of Katarina Srebotnik
Early CareerKatarina Srebotnik is a Slovenian professional tennis player. She started her career at a young age and quickly made a name for herself. At the age of 14, Srebotnik won the prestigious Orange Bowl junior tournament. In 1995, she participated in her first professional tournaments and the following year, she won a tournament in Egypt in both singles and doubles.

Rise to Success
In 1998, at the age of 17, Srebotnik became the winner of the Wimbledon girls' tournament and reached the final of the US Open. She also achieved success in doubles, winning her first WTA tournament in 1998 and her first Grand Slam title at the French Open in mixed doubles.

Continued Success and Rankings
Srebotnik continued to have success in doubles, reaching the semifinals of Wimbledon and winning the tournament in Palermo. She also maintained her position in the top 100 singles rankings. In 2001, she reached the final of a WTA tournament in Toronto and the quarterfinals of the US Open.
