Early LifeKatya Osadcha, full name Ekaterina Aleksandrovna Osadcha, is a Ukrainian journalist, television presenter, socialite, and model. She was born in 1983 in the city of Kiev, Ukraine. Katya grew up in a prosperous family, with her father Alexander Vladimirovich Osadchii working as the CEO of a company called "Kievinstrument." Her mother, a librarian by profession, dedicated herself to being a homemaker. Katya also has a younger brother.
From a young age, Katya Osadcha showed great creativity. She attended music lessons and was a dedicated member of the dance ensemble called "Sokolyata." With the support of her parents, she took her first steps towards a modeling career. At the age of thirteen, Katya enrolled in the Kyiv Model School "Bagira" and successfully completed her training. In 2009, Katya participated in the second season of the TV show "Dancing for You" on the channel "1+1," where she partnered with Andriy Krysa. In 2011, she became the host of the show "The Voice of the Country," followed by "The Voice Kids" in 2012, where she helped children overcome stage fright. Since 2015, Katya has been the host of the TV show "Little Giants."
Personal Life
In 2001, Katya Osadcha married Oleg Polishchuk, a member of the Ukrainian Parliament from the "Green Party" and a successful businessman. They welcomed their son, Ilya, in September 2002. However, their marriage did not last long, and they divorced in 2004 due to personal ambitions and busy work schedules. Despite the separation, Katya maintains a good relationship with her ex-husband, who often spends time with their son, even traveling together.
